Not sure what to say?

I only knew David briefly. We performed together in a couple of short films I directed in New York. All that I learned from him I absorbed by just being in his presence. He was kind and gentle and thoughtful and wise. He was also one of the most talented actors I have ever worked with.

Thank you, David, for the honor of your friendship and your work.

In the name of our mutual love and grief for David, I greet his family and friends and offer my condolences.
I met David sometime in the '80's at the New York City Opera where it was his job to dress me and calm my nerves. If necessary, he would even escort me to the stage to insure I was delivered in time and in appropriate atire. We got to be great friends over the years. We would pursue our shared theatrical passions and try out monologues on each other. We really listened to each...

I HAD BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH A POTENTIALLY FATAL DISEASE MEANING I BETTER START TAKING CARE OF MYSELF, SO IT WAS A NEW BEGINNING FOR BOTH OF US...WE LIKED TO CALL EACH OTHER MIRACLES AND ENJOYED HAVING COFFEE AND EATING OATMEAL IN THE...

I'm so very sorry for your loss. I can't remember the connection between our families as my granny McCarver has long sinced passed but I did want you all to know that you're being thought of and being prayed for at this sad time.

Sincerely.

Dan and Barbara-David was introduced into my life by my cousin Sue Gandy. While our visits together were few and far between, David made an impact on me. What a wonderful, sensitive and heroic man he was. David-soar with the eagles, rest in the beauty.

May God Bless you, Mrs. McCarver, with His Peace.

"There is a land of the living and a land of the dead, and the bridge across is love."
David's love for all of us, whose lives he blessed, sent forth a pure energy that has touched me forever. His courage, his acceptance and his faith in God blessed us all. It is my hope that we all now live through David and view our worlds with his enthusiasm and with his certain belief that all that happened to him was part of God's plan. It was a plan David did not question. One that instead, he...
