So sad to see the news of his passing at the close of Alone. Ive told many who are new to that show how he was my favorite and related his misgivings (falling in the water) to his telling the bald eagle that it's not an American, so won't help him. Lol I talked a lot with him on FB. I'm SO sorry for your loss.

My husband is a pastor in the Muskegon area. I rooted for David in Alone. At 25 years old, I too lost my father unexpectedly. I know how you feel, and I am so sorry for your loss. I just felt led to share that our greatest desire as Christian parents is for our children to make it to heaven. Remember what your father taught you: fight the good fight, finish the race, keep the faith. Grant him his deepest desire and make it to heaven. He is waiting for you :)

I was telling my husband tonite, just before the ending of Alone Season 12, that my favorite winner of all the seasons was David. I was astounded to know at the end of tonite's episode, that he had died. I was impressed to learn that after David won Alone, he went all over the world as a minister of Christ until the Angels called him home.

I knew immediately he was the pastor who had won on the show Alone! Learning how he served God after winning to further spread God´s word, wow! A beautiful life lived for the Lord. My condolences to the family.

I was so sad to hear of David's passing. I enjoyed him so much on Alone. Prayers for the family

Just saw the message at the end of current Alone season. Prayers and condolences to his family and friends. But happy because he is with Our Heavenly Father.

I personally didn't know David I just knew him from the tv show alone and seen on tonight's season finale of alone that he passed. I just felt like I had to hop on here to say that I'm sorry.

I just saw the "In Memory of David Brooks McIntyre" at the end of season 12 of Alone. I was stunned. My heartfelt sympathy goes out to all of his family and all those who loved him. But now I rejoice, because he has seen the face of God.
