DAVID R. MCKENNA

Condolences to the McKennas. Professor McKenna was such a great leader to us youngsters in the BC management school honors program and first serve program. I fondly remember his thoughtful teaching, life advice outside of class, and also driving us around Greater Boston to first serve volunteer sites in the last week of each August. At those volunteer opportunities, he was not only a leader, but worked alongside us students painting, picking crops, and more. And he was such a nice gentleman....

Condolences to the McKenna family. I did not know Dave but I probably met him at the NE high school track meet at Bowdoin College in May 1962. I was the representative water boy for the Dover (NH) HS track team ('63). I do remember Wally Grant being there (followed him to Harvard after the navy). Sounds like Dave had his hands full of "achievements" and good for him.

I grew up in Beverly on Simon St. Left there in 1956.
