David McNutt M.D.

I am sorry to learn of David's passing. In 1977 he and his work colleague Dr, Itzhak Jacoby hired me to come to the Washington DC area to work in their office as a senior economist in the then Bureau of Health Manpower's Division of Medicine, In 1980, again under their tutelage, I became the Research and Analysis Branch Chief in the newly created Office of Graduate Medical Education, headed by David. I have vivid memories of David's leadership, and wish his family heart-felt condolences.

Sincerest sympathies to Tom, Lynn and family. What an accomplished and interesting life your brother led.
