Obituary
Meade, David age 70, formerly of Brooklyn Park, MN, passed away on April 8 2013, in Phoenix, AZ. Celebration of life service was held in Surprise, AZ on April 15, 2013. Dave is survived by his wife Tami of 27 years; sons, Dr. Stephen Meade (Trish) and Erick Meade (Jaymie); daughter, Anne Kohorst (Eric); and 8 grandchildren. Memorials requested to The V Foundation for Cancer Research.
