Not sure what to say?

This was the greatest man to ever live and walk among us simple humans. I am the 1st Grandson of Pastor Dave and he tought me many things in life. He tought me to love unconditionally. He taught me to walk with Jesus and he taught me the game of Basketball as a child. I love my Grandfather to no end and I think of you every day Grandpa Meinke. ❤- Joshua Alan
Meinke p.s Dad (David) wasn't your fault. He was sick. Addiction is a sickness and I belive you 2 are walking in heaven together...

Mary Lou and family,
I just heard the news today (8/24/11) of Dave's going to his heavenly home. I just wanted to let you know what a joy it was to serve with Dave in the city of Manteca. He was always known as a man of prayer. His race is run and we are all going to be together someday. He was faithful in proclaiming the gospel. Joni Eubling is a member of our church and told me it was Dave who had baptized her many years ago. His fruit still remains!
Until we gather

Mary Lou,
I wanted to take a moment and let you know how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Mr Meinke was a very kind man, I feel honored to have known him. I'm sorry I was unable to attend his celebration of life service. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Mary Lou and family,
Wishing you a joyous celebration of Dave's life and legacy. We will be with you in spirit!

Please accept my condolences during this time of sorrow.

To the Meinke family..My name is Judy Prouty..and I met Mr. Meinke at the cardiac rehab center in Marysville. I am so terribly sorry to hear of your loss. Your husband/dad loved his family and loved his Lord very much. Our hearts are with you during this difficult time.

He was my PE coach at Marysville High School. A class act all the way around. Had a calmness about him that set him apart from most of the other coaches.

Dear Meinke's,
My name is Barry Branaman. Coach Meinke was one of my favorites while I attended Marysville. I will always remember his humor, his straight forward manner and his love for Jesus. It was his encouragement to attend a Fellowship of Christian Athlete's huddle group that eventually led to my accepting Christ.
May God grant you all great comfort according to His wonderful mercies.

Our hearts go out to you in your time of sorrow.
