My heart is so sad for all of you!!
I want you to know what an amazing honor and priveledge it was to support David throughout his cancer journey. His love for all of you was so profound. His wonderful spirit was contagious. He faught with such a sense of grace and courage, teaching everyone about making the most of every moment whether it was the coaching soccer or going to a pro-game. He has made an imprint on my heart! Much love and light to all of you!!

Antoinette, our prayers and thoughts go out to you and your family. Dave was such a joy to be around. I will always remember how him and Teri always teased each other over the NJ Devils and NY Rangers. He will truly be missed.

I will never watch another hockey game without thinking of you. It almost seems fitting that there might be no hockey season this year.
