David, we just heard of your passing and it breaks our hearts to hear so late. We know you are no longer in pain any longer and you are at peace. Girls and Kathy, we are so very sorry. He was a loving gentle and quiet man who adored all of you. He was never selfish. He is watching over you girls and know he lives on forever in your heart. We hope you are able to come to NH and remember the good memories shared in that home and as you continue college, know he was so very proud of you both,...

David was a great man and a wonderful Father. He will live on forever through Rachael and Danielle. Although it's hard to believe now girls, the time will come when you may think of him with a smile instead of a tear. You will see him in your own children and know that his soul has never left you. He will watch over you both for eternity. Kathy, David, Rachael and Danielle... you will always be a family. We love you all and cherish all the beautiful memories we have together. ...

David died as he lived with a quiet but profound strength and dignity. His love, passion and sacrafice for his children knew no bounds, and no child could be more fortunate to know such a loving, patient, dedicated and caring father. He was the kindest and most patient man I have ever know, a wonderful friend and father who gave of himself to those he loved. His passing represents a loss of supreme magnitude
and he wiill be deeply missed.
