DAVID A. MILLER

Jan and Girls, I knew Davy since he was just a little kid, our cousin. Always went to their house every Christmas to see Uncle Porky, Aunt Threasy, Richy, Davy, Emily and of course Smoky! Always had the best time there! Me and My Mum and Dad and Bucky loved going to their house to visit it was always such fun. I miss all of them. They were a wonderful family. I have known Dave Miller since we started the PhD program at GSPIA, University of Pittsburgh in the mid 1980s. The fact that both of us also attended Maxwell School at Syracuse University made our friendship closer. I remember him to be an excellent and well organized student. Upon graduation, I assisted him as a consultant when he was at the Economy League of PA with efforts to revitalize Mon Valley communities. I can think of 100 hundred people that deserve to be in a casket, but DAVE IS NOT ONE OF THEM, super funny!, caring and a gentleman. He WILL be sadly missed. A piece of history and a lifetime of memories fades from St. Michael's st. We are so very sorry for your loss, Jan, Chelsea, Carly, Rich, and Emily. May the Lord receive him into the kingdom of heaven, so that we all may reunite again someday..
