I was so shocked to learn today of David's death. We have kept in touch over the years, sharing love and concern for his mother, Wyona. I was his family's pastor in 1964 when David was a 10 year old lad, and after his family moved back to Jonesboro TN his mother called often and we visited her in Jonesboro in recent years. David was an extremely attentive son and came from OK two or three times a year for a week or so, working hard fixing thing in the house and yard. He was wonderfully...

So very sorry to learn of David’s passing. Our first Good Sam assignment was in OK in 2019. We stayed at his park and he was so welcoming, even found out he was from East TN also. I was so grateful that he offered a church service and communion on Easter Sunday. David was the kind of person who makes you want to be a better person, and I’m so glad we let him know that!
