David was a man with the biggest heart of anyone that I knew. No one was a stranger around him and people of all ages wanted to be around him with his infectious personality and finding the humor in almost any situation. To David"s family. In the early 1970''s, I was the secretary at Holmes School in Fostoria and David was probably in the first grade. He was having a bad day and came to the office. We talked and I told him if he had a yellow shirt to wear it to school the next day. Sure enough ,here he comes the next day in a yellow shirt. When I saw him, I winked at him and he smiled.
