David Connor Mims Sr.

To David's family, I was very saddened to hear of David's condition and his passing. I was a colleague of David at Michelin, and had the honour of having him mentor me while I lived and worked in South Carolina. We would meet each month and he would listen attentively and offer wise advice and guidance. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him. My condolences to everyone.

I am CRUSHED by the loss of David !!!
He was the most Talented, Intelligent and and Fun person I have EVER had the privilege of knowing!!!
Life on this Earth will be so LONELY without him....

My sympathies to the family.
David was my supervisor at Michelin for a couple of years. He and I became friends over astronomy. He joined me on some nights looking at the stars and planets through my telescope. Had a really memorable night watching the Perseid meteor shower out in the country with guests. Later became a member of the Midlands Astronomy Club in Columbia. He had insatiable curiosity for the mysteries of the cosmos.

Sandy and Leann my prayer is that you allow the Lord and all of us around you to love you and strengthen your soul. Leann, your Daddy will be eternally smiling at his little dancing girl. My prayers are with your family.

I am so sorry for your loss. David was a great guy and will really be missed. I worked with him at Michelin for a number of years. My family and I are sending our thoughts and prayers to the entire Mims family at this difficult time.

We will miss David. He was related to us through his wife and I graduated from High School with David. He was a dear gentle soul
