Even after all this time you are still greatly missed. I always appreciated your help and guidance in our Reno Jaguar Club board meetings and especially miss your hugs! I know you are in a better place and look forward to seeing you again in the after life.

A true and fine gentleman. He will be dearly missed.

Dave will live in the hearts of his family,friends and students. The Carson City School District was most fortunate to have such an outstanding teacher and person.

"As long as you remember me, I am alive." Dave will always live in my memory as a true gentleman and an outstanding drummer. He played in a combo at Reno High that included, as I recall, Tom Lee (piano), Curtis Freemont (trombone), and Paul Smith (trumpet). Those guys played some great jazz.

I will miss seeing Dave at the Reno High reunions.

My deepest condolences and greatest thoughts go out to Sunny and the whole Mindew family, and extended family. Dave was an old family friend of my parents who I grew up knowing, and was always a sweet, kind, and funny man. May you all take comfort in the love and friendship surrounding you, and may the memories forever be the light at the end of this dark tunnel.
