Not sure what to say?

I´m so sorry to hear about Dave´s passing. While I only met him in July of this year, we had a wonderful time chatting at a dinner event on the island. When we learned he had a Cavallier we invited him to come over for a playdate with our 2 Cavalliers. Dave and Luca came over the next day and the dogs had the best time together. I´m hopeful that Luca is getting lots of love and care having lost his dad. Luca is welcome to come play again if he needs an energy outlet or even a place to settle!...

Sending My Deepest Condolences to the family! Mr. Miner was surely an advocate and stood on what he believed to be true and the best interest for all. I will surely miss my hand delivered box of chocolate with a personal card at Christmas time. Your work on earth is complete, may you rest in God´s loving arms!

As a teacher I appreciated Mr. Miner greatly. He is the epitome of an example for serving selflessly.

Knowing and working with Dave was a joy and added a delightful chapter to my life. Many will miss him and his sincere desire to help others and make a real difference.

Rest in Peace Dave. Thank you for a lifetime of service.

Dave we thank you for your years of service to the community. The parents and children (who are now all adults) of the LLI program from Stewart Elementary will forever remember the kindness you showed to them by standing up and fighting for them. You did not have a dog in the fight but you were the "watchdog" we needed to help get the job done. RIP sweet man. I´ll miss your Christmas cherries. With Respect and Admiration, Tara Gourlay

Dave was a great guy and will certainly be missed.

So sorry to hear about the loss of my neighbor. I just saw him a few weeks ago while he was taking a walk. I used to walk with his wife Marsha many years ago. Dave dropped off Queen Anne cherries to my house many times during the Christmas season. He was a wonderful person, he will be missed. Love to his family, especially Sarah and Joey . Sincerely Mary Pickup (Moore)

Dave sent Peggy and myself in a whole new direction in community work. I will always be grateful for the guidance and information he shared with us. And we can' forget the chocolate covered cherries.
