David, and indeed his entire family, showed such great support for the Amherst Symphony Orchestra and Friends of the Amherst Symphony Orchestra. As organisations, and as community members, we are greatly saddened by David's death. We extend to his wife, Patricia, his family at home and family at work our sympathies.
