David Mizikoski passed away on Sunday, May 17, 2015.
He is survived by his parents, Joanne and Zigmund Mizikoski; his brother, Michael Mizikoski; his sister, Tracey Sutliff; and his niece and nephew, April and Spencer Sutliff, who were the lights of his life.
