Cousin David. When I was young I spent a lot of time at your house. As adults we grew apart but I thought of you often. I remember us talking about how as we get older playing games like basketball was still fun but the period to recuperate took a little longer. You were always so proud of your children. Looks like they have done well. Say hello to all who have gone before and be blessed. Your pain on this earth has ended.

May God bless your family in this time of sorrow. I knew David through working with him at Premium. He was a good man.
