Not sure what to say?

David Moody was and still is one of my best friends. Through ups and downs, ins and outs, husbands and wives, our own kids and their kids, we remained friends for more than forty years. His extraordinary sense of humor twisted the English language to fit his outrageous stories and jokes. And yet he was strong-minded with a sense of what was right and was not afraid to let you know it. Sadly missed!

I always thought Dave was a tremendously great guy. I'm very sorry he has left us.

I wish you all well in this sad time.

Am so sorry to learn of Dave's passing. He reminded me at our 50th HS reunion of our being selected in the 3rd grade to go to other classes and sing our duets. Many other fun musical events followed. Great memories. Hoping these warm thoughts help soften your loss.

Very sorry to hear of Daves passing. I have many memories of Dave & his brother Don. I spent more time at their house than I did my own. I considered David Sr & Elizabeth my second parents and they always told me I was like another son. Again very sorry and will see you all on 10/11. Bruce Jordan

May God bless and sustain you during this difficult time Moody family. Psalms 55:22

Hero....Rest in Peace!!
I was fortunate to have Hero in my life at a young age, he's my uncle. When he would get home from work he often stopped to play some basketball or Whiffle ball with Tim and I, we were so lucky.

Uncle Dave included me in many outings and sports events. One time he took me to a Red Sox game, still the only game I've been to. There were a lot of thing I got to experience just because Uncle Dave treated me as one of his own.

I'll never forget the...

My deepest sympathies on the loss of your father. I worked with your father back at Fleet Bank, and he was a joy to work with. He always had a smile on his face. He would often call me at the bank where I now work, and they would tell me that Tom Cruise was on the phone for me and I new it was David. I would answer the phone as Nicole Kidman. He also said that we were going to run for office some day as Ydoom and Snurb, (which were our last names spelled backwards). May he rest in peace....

Thank you for your service.
