Deb and family we are so sorry for your loss. Dave was such a fighter with a positive outlook when we went camping together. That was a good couple of days.

Sorry to hear of David's passing. He was always laughing and being silly every time I saw him as a kid. His laughter was contagious. He will be missed.

I was so sorry to hear of David's passing. It's been many years since we have seen each other but I have very warm memories of time spent with you and David. My sympathies are with you and your family.

My deepest condolences to David's family a truly devoted family man and great friend to any and all you will be missed beyond words. Dave fought this disease as hard as humanly possible a true inspiration and never gave up hope. Thank you Dave for the honor of your friendship and so many laughs. Rest in peace my friend.
