I was Dave's secretary from 1967 to 1972. He was such an entertaining fellow! One day he was leaned back in his chair, talking on the phone, feet on the desk, and he tipped over backwards! We tried to keep our laughter down as he calmly picked himself up and continued with his conversation, never missing a beat!
