Not sure what to say?

Special message for Dave's daughter Eva.
Eva, our thoughts are with you darling over this time. We are shocked and so sorry to hear of the loss of your wonderful Dad. We know how much you love and admired him.
Sending all our love Mike, Margaret-Mary & Millz

Dear Anne, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I still think fondly of David not only for his art but for the craftsmanship and care he would take when making a simple cup of coffee when we visited you in Auckland. God bless and love. Joe and girls x

My deepest sympathies to the whole family. So sorry to hear this news. David was my first ever best mate in Ferndale Rd, Normanhurst, Sydney. Here we are on 23 Feb 1969. David on the red bike, me on the blue. We used to have races down our path before we were even 2 years old. He was also my first ever punch up - fighting over who got the red bike. He won! RIP.

Dear Anne, Andrew and I have been thinking about you all week. I can see you both so clearly standing in the gallery on so many occasions, laughing. So much laughing. He was cheeky, irreverent, present and vital. He was a lovely painter, obviously a great father and a wonderful husband. We didn't see much of you, but every time was memorable and enjoyable. We have no words for this ocean of loss. He was so loved. We are so, so sorry. Love Andrew and Emma in Sydney xx

What a character you were to work with and then to work for! You gave me my best job. I still laugh we had to judge a cooked Easter egg competition only for you to tell me you didn't like eggs so I had to eat them all!

My thoughts and heart to your family Dave, you will be greatly missed.

Dearest Anne, Frannie & Eva
Words can not express how sorry I am to hear the news of Dave’s passing. Interesting, intelligent, warm, funny, and gentle men who have the cool factor and can cook really well, are in short supply, and Dave was up there with the best of them. I am so very sorry for your unimaginable loss.
Sending all our love to you,
Fran, Mike, Sydney & Grace Rawson
