Not sure what to say?

I grew up in Greenville, PA, graduated a year behind Dave from high school, and knew him all my adolescent years. He was admired by his teachers and peers for his academic excellence and leadership qualities and musical talent as a fine oboe player. I considered him something of a personal role model. He was clearly destined for a distinguished career in whatever field he chose to pursue. Jim Wehner

We continue to remember and give thanks for David's keen intellect and insight, enriched and amplified by his faith and devotion to others.

To the Mortensen Family:

I just learned of Dave's passing and offer my sincere sympathies. I began my legal career working with Dave and he generously taught me a great deal about the practice of law. More importantly, there wa always a gleam in his eye and a kind word for everyone he met, or so it seemed to me. I remember him fondly.

Joe Riley

We will always remember David with gratitude. A sterling example of calm, focused and competent leadership within the church, his integrity and devotion left an indelible impression on each of us and the wider community. We extend to his beloved family our heartfelt sympathy.

My deepest sympathy for your loss. May God comfort you to hear the promise that he will return to the days of his youthful vigor-
Job 33:25

Mortensen family, we wish you peace, comfort, and hope during this difficult time. Psalm 27:14

May your many memories comfort you in your time of sadness Matthew 5:4 .

I worked with David for 5 years at Pepe & Hazard. He was a wonderful man, and will be missed. My sincere condolences to his family.
