Sadler Suess Funeral Home - Telford Obituary

          David P. Musselman, 89, passed away on September 20th, 2023, at Grandview Hospital in Sellersville, PA. He was the loving husband of Yvonne (Amey) Watkins with whom he celebrated four years of marriage in July of this year.


          Born in Vernfield, PA, David was a son of the late Melvin G. Musselman and Bessie C. Price.


          After high school, David was in the Army Reserve from 1957 to 1963 and eventually worked in Tire Sales and Service at Bergey, Inc. in Lansdale, PA for 35 years and was a Courtesy Driver for 15 years.


          David was a member of Grace Bible Fellowship Church in Quakertown. He performed in the choir, enjoyed group singing in the Men’s Choir and was a Board Member of SAAC.


          In his spare time, David enjoyed fishing, gardening, and sports, especially the Phillies and the Eagles.


          In addition to his wife, David is survived by children, Kathy Jo Moyer (Glenn) of Harleysville, David E. Musselman (Christina) of Telford, Brenda L. Alderfer (Larry) of Souderton, Lori J. Ney (Rev. David) of Berwick and Lori Ann Adent (Tom) of Alabama and a son, Stephen Watkins (Melinda) of Dempseytown, PA. David is also survived by 14 grandchildren: Bekah, Jen, Marlena, Eric, Justin, Courtney, Ashley, Josh, Emily, Abby, Alex, Elijah, Matthew and Cameron; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother, Bruce P. Musselman (Shirley) of Souderton.  David is preceded in death by brothers, Melvin P. and James P. as well as his first wife Janet and his second wife Barbara.


          A memorial service will be held on October 7, 2023, at 11 AM at Grace Bible Fellowship Church. 1811 Old Bethlehem Pike, Quakertown, PA 18951. Family will receive friends from 9-11AM, prior to the service.  Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
