To David: Had I known and if I could, I would have given my life in your stead. Most of me went with you that day. You were beautiful on the inside and out. I loved your courage, your ability to live in the moment. You lived full and on your terms. You were kind, your intent: good. I think of you every day. I am so sorry for your loss. My name is Matthew Grant and David would play with my younger brother TJ when they were kids on Bedwood Cres back in the 80's. We lived at 24 and you guys lived in the big blue house on the corner. I was friends with his older brother Danny and sister who's name escapes me right now. Sadly we lost our father David suddenly on the 6th of June. You are not alone. I keep hoping that time will heal all wounds. Lean on eachother and never hide your pain.
