Not sure what to say?

Dear Erin and Peter, I only saw you once briefly at Last Mountain Lake Saskatchewan when on a duck banding crew. I was then a pilot-biologist with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. I went to graduate school with Dave in New Brunswick. He had such a positive attitude about everything he did that his positve message was contagious. I do wish that I had kept in contact with Dave and Nancy over the years but logistics and a life of turmoil on my part prevented that. I was very saddened by...

Dear Erin and Peter,
We remember Dave and Nancy with such love. We have wonderful memories of our family get togethers: cross country ski trips even at Sunshine, holidays in the mountains-canoeing on Waterfowl, regular Friday meetings with pizzas and sherry. We still make Dave's cabin pancakes with maple syrup from the Neave Farm. Dave was such a special friend and we will miss him dearly. Our love, Bob and Loretta Baker

Dear Peter and Erin,

I see Liz has already written but I wanted to add how lovely it was of your Dad make it to Manitoba for our Dad's service and so representative of his gift of friendship. Your parents were a part of important moments in all the Beaumont kids' lives. Carry your Dad's spirit in your hearts. He made the world a better place.

Our thoughts are with you,

Dear Mrs Neave, Peter and Erin,
Rolf and I are very sorry to hear your son and father left us long before his time. We are much the poorer for his absence and we shall never forget him.
What a beloved, courtly man who bestowed his kindness on all who knew him. A man who could laugh with the joy of life and still with all his duties have time to paint fine paintings of his beloved trees in all their glory. Those who received his Christmas cards with his latest painting will...

Sorry to hear about your father's passing. I've been thinking about you Erin since Shona told me about it.

Take care,

Dear Ann, Peter & Erin,
We were very sorry to hear of David's passing. He was a generous person. As a young couple on our first trip to the Rockies, he let us stay at your house in Edmonton while your family was away. We saw David on and off at Ann's home in Lac du Bonnet and always enjoyed our visits. He made the trip out to Lac du Bonnet for my Dad's funeral despite having a bad cold. It meant alot to our family. He was a very kind person and went out of his way for others.

Peter and Erin:

I am very sorry for your loss.
Your dad provided me with a real education and helped me put so many pieces together in the agriculture and conservation world. My terms on the Board of WHC were a direct result of the confidence he had in me. Being Dave, with his firm convictions and devotion to conservation, he made sure that he used my knowledge and connections to further the cause. During one lobbying trip he put me to he took me to a dinner I will always...

Peter and Erin,

We are sorry for your loss and are thinking of you guys during this difficult time.

Dear Peter and Erin:

I was shocked to hear about the loss of your father and I have been thinking of you all. I remember the wonderful party your parents put on for Sally the night before she was married and their generous hospitality. I have fond memories of the Christmas visits we made to your home - both your parents were so warm, gracious and fun! I know you will miss your dad a lot - he had a tremendous presence and zest for life.
