So sad to hear of his passing and a loss to his family and friends. Always loved his great sense of humor. He will be missed by countless people who knew him,especially his family. Celeste, so sorry, Dave, one of nicest, smartest planners, and problem solvers, have known since mid 1970s, don't think Scarborough residents realize contribution of time, energy and good ideas David has given to the Sanitary District and the Town. Always with a smile and a little humorous comment, know others who served with Dave appreciate his involvement just the way The Milton Company does. Dave taught me everything I know about being a product support rep., But not everything he knew... Dave, you were a close and dear friend whom I had the luxury of spending a pile of wheel time with discussing and solving all the worlds problems. I will miss you Dave and all the insight on life you gave me. I am deeply sorry for your loss Celeste.

I consider Dave one of my mentors, he taught me a lot and was always good company to be around. My thoughts and prayers to the family. Fair Winds and Following Seas Dave!
