Not sure what to say?

Dear Becky , I´m so sorry to hear that David has been ill with cancer and passed on . I know the variety of ways I felt and still feel when Alan had the same illness and passed but don´t know how you are feeling .Please remember I´m just a phone call away and have good listening ears and am here for you anytime. I will always remember about forty years ago when you lived in California and invited Alan and me to stay at your home and helped us find a home to live in as we were moving there...

I have known Dave through insurance industry events and some travel for a couple of decades. My heart sank when I saw the news of his passing, as I did not know that he had been ill. Dave has always been so friendly and kind to all that cross his path; I felt his genuine concern on multiple occasions. Mutual friends that we both share, but know him at a deeper level than me, all hold him in the highest regard. My love and prayers go out to his wife, Becky, family, and friends at this...

Please know that I will donate in his honor to one of my favorite charities to benefit...

Dear Becky, I am so saddened by your loss. I hope you will be ok. I know your hopes for the future look so different now. My husband is also dealing with cancer and it is so hard. Hold on to your love and your memories. Your family will be there for you. Your high school friend, Ellen Johnston

Dearest Becky, I send my deepest sympathy on the passing of your beloved husband. He was a fine person and I enjoyed our association. I am thinking of you and how much love I have for you. You also are an exceptional individual. May God bless you with peace and support.

It was a distinct privilege to work with Dave for over a decade at First Security/Wells Fargo Insurance. He was a true professional, ensuring that his clients came first. And he dealt with all people in the humblest of ways, always with kindness and a sense of humor. We last had the opportunity to work together in 2018 where I asked him to assist me with a client. Once again, he displayed true professionalism and honesty. Dave was simply a great man. God bless the Nelson Family.
