David Nichols

We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Dave. We know how close you two were, and can't imagine what you must be going through right now. Even though we haven't seen each other in a long time, we wanted to reach out and let you know that we´re thinking of you. We know that this is a difficult time, but you´re fortunate to have a supportive family around you (and a grandchild - how wonderful!). Sending virtual hugs.

I have very fond memories of David from 5th grade on and hanging in our hood. A quiet and very smart, thoughtful and articulate guy. We had big laughs together dancing to Shapoopie in our HS production of Music Man...made me laugh he was cast as the "bad seed" in that play. RIP Dave and sending love, strength and peace to his family

Betty and family, I was saddened to hear of David's passing. I remember working for him, he was a terrific boss and friend. He did so much for our community and local businesses here in Cortez. He was a trusted Realtor, which was reflected in how his clients (listing and buying) were happy with transactions when he represented them. He will be truly missed. Betty and Family, I am so sorry to hear of Dave´s passing. He was a wonderful, kind, and caring friend and co-worker. I won´t forget working with him at Love Appraisal, and our intramural softball days back in the 80´s (he was so patient with me!). He will be greatly missed. Praying for peace and comfort for you all. Love you
