We were so sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Niermeyer. We're Annie's brother-in-law and sister-in-law. We had the great fortune of meeting him and Mrs. Niermeyer at our wedding. David was one of those people who one always looked up to and showed you the way. Friendly, gregarious, successful yet humble Dave was a great community leader whose passion for his family wife and charitable work goes unparalleled. He taught us much and left his mark. will be missed.

We were saddened to learn of the death of your father. Dave was a good friend and a dedicated member of the community. I had the pleasure of serving on several community boards with him, particularly at UHS and there was never anyone so prepared in advance of the meeting. His financial acumen was indispensable. We will keep him and his family in our prayers.
