To the Nixon family,
Dave and I worked together for many years on many projects. I admired him being a family man, a husband and a wealth of knowledge. To say that he will be missed is not enough, I would like to say that is presence will always be remembered.

Martha, and family, I had the pleasure of working with Dave for many years on the FCS program. I enjoyed our many talks, his easy nature, his great advice, his singing to the oldies, and so much more. He is missed greatly. My heart, and prayers goes out to the family.
