David was a wonderful member of the Wyndham Lakes Senior Serenaders. He loved to meet for music each week and played important parts in our programs, once as Herod in the Christmas program, once as the bad boy in the School Days program. His daughters Linda and Susan were remarkably faithful in caring for David during his final days. David always treated me with respect and I enjoyed listening to his war stories.
