Miss you Dad

Connie, Dave, Tina, Rob, Joy & Heather ... Chip was always someone who made me think and made me laugh. Your dad and your family was gifted at making me and many others feel special and loved. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I know he's 'hamming' it up in heaven and will always stay close watching over all of you and his grandchildren. I love you all. Cathy (Keenan) Shaver - Oklahoma

I have know Chip for the last 7 years and we had great times selling Glidden paint at the Home Depot, our greatest honor was flying to Atlanta to present to the Home Depot the Glidden program. I was the only rep picked, but Chip was the main reason I was successful and we talked about that trip all the time. I will miss the lunchs we would have every few months and looked forward to them. Chip, thanks for letting me be your friend!!!!

Chip brought so much joy to all; we know that he did to our lives. It is so hard to understand why that empty chair is there. God must've just wanted that much more joy in heaven. We are so thankful to have known and shared some time with Chip. His life was truly an example for all those who claim the name of Christ. So much laughter seems to have gone from this earth with his passing. Connie, if there is anything we can do to help Chip's "loving bride" please, please call.

Chip always and had a smile for me. I worked with him for several years at the Escondido Home Depot. I not only enjoyed his company but respected him as well. SO sorry for your loss.
