Not sure what to say?

Condolences from The Francis J. Joyce, Sr family in Wilmington Delaware. Always heard about the other cousins in Chicago but we never met. Our father and mother (Francis and Patricia Joyce) talked about the families and all the joyful personalities. Our father and his 6 Joyce sons would like to let the Novak Family know that you are all in our prayers and hope you can find some peace in spite of the sudden loss of Dave. May his soul be welcomed into heaven.

Dave and I were friends since 1st grade at Mater Christi school in North Riverside. Dave always had a positive attitude and a big heart. Gone too soon, I will miss him. My condolences to Carol and the Novak family.

Dave was my friend - golf, poker, cigars and cocktails (for a while) for more than 30 years. He was fun to be around. He had a great sense of humor and always a joke or two. Good memories! My sympathy to Dave's family.

Sending my condolences to the Novak family. I was blessed to reconnect with David and meet his wife, Carol. I will always cherish and appreciate his continued support for my wellbeing. David will be missed. Keeping you all in my prayers

Just looking at Dave's picture makes me smile, and brings back so many great memories. As a pulling guard, Dave was responsible for me scoring 10 touchdowns in a single JV game. Carroll, if you are reading this, Sally and I send our most sincere condolences.

My thoughts and prayers are with you .

Enjoyed all the laughs over the years. You will truly be missed. Biggie

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. Thank you for giving me my first job at the Park, thank you for taking me in when I needed a place to go, and most of all, thank you for being a second Dad to me when I lost my Dad. I will miss you very much. Love you,

Great to know Dave and his family growing up on the same street in the 1950's and 60's.
