Our families have been friends since the 1950’s and I spent many days at the Ober house on Pembroke Hill and countless Christmas Eve celebrations. He was generous, and had a larger than life personality. I hope he is in heaven racing cars and I am grateful for all the time spent with the Ober family.

In our class of 1949 at Pembroke Academy David was outstanding. Great basketball player, most sought after by the ladies because he was handsome, and always had a story. You never had to wonder where Dave stood on a subject, or you. He’d let you know and let the chips fall where they may. The world will miss you David. RIP but not too long. There are new types of adventures awaiting you.
