We are so sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Denny and I feel thankful that we saw you folks that morning at the clinic and had a chance to have a bit of a visit. Our sympathy goes out to you all in your loss.

I was so sorry to hear of Dave's passing; my condolences to you Pam and the rest of family. I will always remember Dave's quick wit, and love of fun, motorcycles, and dogs.

I just wanted to say Thank you to everyone who has expressed their love and appreciation for my Dads sense of humor.. That is only one of the things that I carry with me of him..You will be missed Daddy...I love you!!

Dave's wit and sense of humor were amazing-he always had a good come back when you asked him a question. We will miss him. Jere and Bill

We were saddened by Dave's death. While at Crestview, he made Clarke's stay tolerable. He was a good friend. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.

Although I mostly got to know you through e-mail I got to know a man with a great sense of humor, courage and the love of his dogs. Finally great rest and Peace.
