Not sure what to say?

I am sorry to say I had just heard of this. David was not only my eye Dr. But a great person. He is greatly missed. I am sorry the world lost him to soon. God Bless you David.

I was just going to make an appointment with him today and am in complete shock to find out he has passed. He was an amazing doctor and will truly be missed. My deepest condolences to his family and friends. My prayers are with you.

I'm very sorry and saddened to have learned yesterday about the passing of David.
A very strong, courageous, kind, supportive, loving family man and friend who cared passionately for others. David was special, an outstanding doctor who will be missed immensely.
Prayers and Blessings to you all during this difficult time.

Dr. Oldenburgh was simply the best. He not only provided me great eye care service, but inspired me to pursue a career based overseas so I am surprised and sad to return to Cleveland and learn of his passing. He always remembered me thru the years and was a great aid to helping me maintain excellent eye care during my tours of duty in Africa and the Middle East at various American Embassies abroad as a Foreign Service Officer with the US Dept of State. All the best to his family and...

Such a kind nice man. Thank you for your service.

I was so surprised to hear of Dave's passing. Dave and the Oldenburgh family were a big part of my life many years ago in Parma. May happy memories comfort you at this sad time.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Dr Oldenburgh's passing. Besides being a regular patient of his, my relatives and I live directly diagonal from his office on Ridge Road. Not only was this very convenient for appointments, it also allowed me to have some casual chats with him when he was on one of his 'smoke breaks' in the rear parking lot. I always received a quality eye exam from him, and he consistently held himself to professional standards.

My sincerest condolences to his...

Dear Oldenburgh Family, Friends & Associates,

What an incredibly brilliant and talented man. We would see David over the years for routine exams. David effortlessly helped our daughter in an emergency situation. When we heard of problem eyes cases, David's name and phone number was emphatically offered. David was a nice man, David and his professional network knew how to help people.

We are very sad with and for you, we know David will be missed.

Our best to...
