David Herrington Oldham

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting David in person, but I did have a phone call with him this past Easter Sunday morning. We discussed the true meaning of Easter and it was clear to me he was insightful, studious, and passionate about what he believed. Heaven's gain is our loss.

Pastor David was like a big Teddy bear who had such a joy filled laugh. He made me feel so important to Gods ministry by allowing me to help lead the church in singing. I had known him since I was a little girl and his family would come to our house to celebrate. He will be missed by so many and I will forever read Psalms backwards bc that´s what we did in church to begin the morning. Then he´d say "lead us off Jessie" as I would begin singing. I´m so glad he is in the arms of Jesus and pray...
