Not sure what to say?

I knew David, when he lived in Raleigh NC and worked for Daryls Restaurant- we became fast friends and then lost contact after I moved away from Rocky Mount NC.. David... You were such a beautiful soul ... I'm so sorry for your family ... Your friend forevermore David Gibson

David and I went from Kindergarten all the way through school together and graduated high school. I am truly saddened by this and only wish that I could have paid my respects to this great man whom I have know most of my life.

David I going to miss you i met David through selling his friends cars and then his became my customers then we became family much Love from the Scales family and by the way his Mother loved is too -Dwight Scales

David, your father and Cody spoke about you today with so much love and wonderful memories. I talked to Jean about mine and your visit at Cci. We had such a great talk that day. You were so lovely. Bless your soul and may you Rest In Peace.

We are heartbroken. David was a one in million friend who was a big part of our family. He would make us laugh so hard we were crying. We were honored to have him in our wedding. He had a brilliant way with words, a sharp wit and a fabulous laugh. We made some fabulous memories together! David was truly one of a kind. We will miss him so much. (War Eagle!)

David and I ruled the smoking section/bar at Santa Fe grill ilI can't tell how long I've known David. Probably going on 30 yrs. I'm still in shock. I have no words David thank you for always making me laugh and always being a true friend. Praying for his family and friends love you David Godspeed and I'll see you on the other side

I knew David for over thirty years. No matter where we lived or how long it'd been, we were always glad to see each other. He wasn't something, he was something else. It wasn't like he was a person as much as he personified an aspect of nature you'd become aware of. Like how the wind would rustle the leaves of a tree. Or how rain sounded in the forest when you were all alone. He affected you. Stop and made you think about things. He made an impression. He changed my life. And for the better.

David and I were classmates from first grade through graduation. I was so sad to hear of his passing. Praying for the family.

I will always remember David´s sense of humor and his beautiful smile. He was always willing to help anyone and always had a kind word especially if he thought you were hurting. He will always have a special place in my heart! I love you David!
