Ordlock, David April 25, 1955 to May 13, 2012 "Uncle Dave" passed away peacefully on Mother's Day surrounded by his family. Born in Illinois, Dave never lost his love for everything Chicago; he was always a fan of the Bulls and the Bears. Raised in Anaheim, CA, Dave graduated from Katella...

Not sure what to say?

I don't think I've ever known another person as giving of his time and himself as David. Even now, almost a year following his passing and so close to his birthday, I find it impossible to believe that I will never again hear his voice (often on a Friday night, pleading for a batch of sausage and peppers); never hear his chuckle over Pepino being caught in the barn with Little Luke; never again hear one of his midnight voicemails of the Ink Spots' "If I Didn't Care" or Nat Cole's...

I loved Dave as my own brother. We shared our lives together as housemates for a number of years with our friend Gary Johnson. He was always so much fun, we had the best of times. I will truly miss him. Go in peace my fried.

I was shocked to learn about Daves passing....I met Dave thru a High school friend of his named Larry....He was the first guy I ever knew that was a Lawyer, and was MY age....We always called him "Lawyer DAVE"....I got to know him pretty well, outside of our mutual friend Larry...He was always pleasant, and enjoyed Sports,as I did...One time I tried to HIRE him as a Lawyer, and as I told him my story,he seemed so attentive, nodding his head in agreement, and listening to every word....When I was...

Dear Ordlock Family-terribly saddened to hear about Dave. He was one of my Dad's favorites at Katella High School. Derek was my son's shop teacher at Brea Junior high, and I remember Donna and Jackie as well. Peace be with all of you as Dave has begun his journey to a higher place, Jacqueline Bighead Gunning

Dear Ordlock Family,
The news of Davids death saddened me. I have very fond memories of his kind eyes and spirited banter. He will be missed here on earth but his spirit will always be present. God bless you all and you will be in my thoughts and prayers.
All my best,
Janet Gordon

It broke my heart with the news of the passing of my good friend David. He was such a delight to work with and over the time it took to complete an Aunt's trust we became friends. He did an excellent job and worked exceptionally hard for the benefactors. I know David had a brother he spoke highly about, family always ended up a topic before leaving his office.
David will be deeply missed. Tim Kistler, Kistler's Hair Studio of Orange

From the Rollins Family to the Ordlock Family, May David rest well and may God be by your side during this tough time!! God has the best ones beside him..Take care

Mr. & Mrs. Ordlock, Donna, Jackie, and Derek and Family, I love you all like my own family and I am truly sorry to hear of David's passing! May he R.I.P. and say hello to my Mom and others who loved him when he reaches the Gods country!! From James Rollins and our Family

Dear Ordlock Family, It was with sadness I read of the passing of David . I remember so well the Katella Days with Dave a star football player. The last time I saw David was many years ago at Donna' and Bucks's. Our conversation focused on the "good old days," and his love and affection for Annie and Mark. Please know you are all in my heart, thoughts and prayers. I am here at (714) 815-0509 and am reaching out to offer my support and love. My most sincere condolences for your familes...
