Not sure what to say?

Dear Otteson Family,
I have known David since 1962 when I began working in the Research Department of the Genealogical Society. He was a very kind and gentle man, and I have aways considered him a dear friend. I pray that the Lord will give you comfort at this time of such a great loss.

Dear Ottesens,
We send our love and prayers to you all during this difficult time. What a wonderul family you have, and a blessing to know you'll be together forever. I remember spending time at your home and feeling as if it was very much like my own home and family - we had a lot in common!
With love,
Laurel (Hendriksen) Enke

We extend our deepest sympathies to the Ottesen family. It is a pleasure to be associated with fine people -- especially your daughter, Shauna. She has been a dear friend and a great example of the power that comes from being a great daughter, sister, aunt, & friend. May you know of our thoughts and prayers at this time. We love you,
Mark & Lora Gonzalez

Dorothy and I send our sympathy, condolances and love. Bro. Ottosen was a great example to all who knew him.

To the Ottesen Family:

I have known Shauna for many years and call her my sister. I have learned of your great family from her and by knowing her. I am so sorry for your loss and hope that comfort will enfold your family at this time.

Dear Fay and Family,
We have such fond memories of David from when we lived on Park Street
from 1970-1973. He was always such a kind, friendly man. My late husband Philip always enjoyed going home teaching with David (the son) I believe.
My deep condolences to all the family. With best wishes,
Carole Craig and family

Dear Richard and Sandy
John and I were so sorry to hear of your brothers death. We were so thankful for your love and support when Joe passed away, and we want to be sure and offer you the same.
David was a wonderful man and touched thousands of people's lives. Our condolences to all his family at this sad time.
Love you, John and Lyn

Dear Chris and Family. I send my love and strength to you all in this time of sorrow. Thanks for being a wonderful friend.

We were saddened to hear of David’s passing and wish to pass along our condolences. Keith and Pam visited with David at St. Joseph’s Villa in June and so much enjoyed their visit. David was best man at our wedding in 1959…that brings back fond memories. David’s absence will leave a large void while other members of his family continue they’re journey in mortality. Thereafter, there will be a great reunion with all. May God bless each of the family members with love and understanding as they...
