Read MoreI was so saddened to learn of Dave's death. I worked with him on the discipleship pathway project at First Pres. Bellevue and enjoyed so much getting to know him. He was kind, gentle, and funny, with a wonderful smile and a twinkle in his eye. He came to the project sort of mid-way, and added so much to our deliberations. It was a joy to know him and to work with him.

So sorry to hear of Bud's home going. He was so proud of his family.
The last time I talked to him we discussed "Women in Ministry" as my daughter and his granddaughter are in ministry. It is so hard to loose someone at Christmas time, but the poem and thoughts about spending Christmas in Heaven with Jesus,help take some of the pain away. He was a wonderful classmate.

To Dave's Family,
Dave was a friend through First Pres. Bellevue and a wonderful man. I worked closely with him when he, Ginny Hall, Deb Hunter, and I worked for months putting together a discipleship "pathway" for our church called the "4 Hs". His deep faith was so evident as we attempted to put spiritual truths into words that would help others on their spiritual journeys.
