Not sure what to say?

Back in the early 50's when Scott was a student at Winthrop School in Melrose he and friends had a snowball fight on the way home from school. Apparently one of the snowballs broke a window of our house. Scott went home and returned to our house to report the broken window and brought money to pay for the repair. My folks declined payment but used him as an example to us as younger kids about how to be responsible. So
I've remembered that lesson for nearly 70 years..... Thanks, Scott.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Janice and I offer our deepest sympathies to the many Palmer family members we have met at Dartmouth. We met Scott and sons Walter, Crawford, and Asa via basketball. Walter's daughter Sophie is now part of Scott's Dartmouth legacy. Cheers to a life well lived by a productive and compassionate man.
