Not sure what to say?

David was my mother's cousin and, as a happy coincidence, our vicar for a year at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Ridgewood, NJ many years ago. As a child, I was in awe of him .... he played the guitar, sang, and led the youth of our congregation with humor and grace. I have not thought about him for many years (I'm 64 years old right now), but a conversation with my brother brought back many happy memories. Pastor Pardieck will be deeply missed. Please know that your entire family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Beth and Becca,
You both were blessed with the greatest parents--who I thought of as my second parents as we all grew up!! I have so many memories of your Dad and I am glad that I was able to visit with him earlier this year. I feel such sadness for you two but such joy for your Dad!! Know that we are sending loving thoughts and prayers to help you through the coming days.

We will miss Dave very much. My kids grew up with his leadership & counsel. He was a very special person. He touch many more than he knew. We loved him

Dear Beth and Becca,

We are grateful to have known your Dad, and Mom though our contacts were brief. They were relaxing times during our visits to Tempe and to Lake Geneva for David and Sarah's wedding. Thank you for your choice of this photo. It is as we will remember him, smiling and reassuring.

When we moved to Phoenix in 1991 we looked at several LCMS churches before joining Gethsemane. Our reason was the excellent messages delivered by Pastor David Pardieck. Always Biblical, always inspired and on point. We have been blessed by his presence in our lives. Tracy and Donna Uffelman
