Not sure what to say?

We are so saddened to hear the news of Dave's death. We knew Dave back during our years at UW. He was a gifted clinician, teacher, wonderful colleague. We will miss him dearly.
With heartfelt condolences,
Janet and Matthew

Julie,
Was devastated to hear about Dave, seems like it was just yesterday we were running around the hospital in Vermont in a fog.
He had every great quality that one would wish for, I see he never took his foot off the pedal. I'm sure he knew more than most that all life is a journey what matters is how we live it.
All my thoughts

So saddened to hear the news of Daves untimely death. I enjoyed some fun years on the sidelines watching our ECFC soccer girls. He was a great man, father, husband, citizen of the world. So sorry for your loss. It's a lot sd for all of us. Thinking of you and hoping you find peace in this crazy, unfair, difficult time. XO Peggy Rice-Barnouw

Dave was one of the really good ones and he will be greatly missed, both professionally and personally.

I adored him. He was my older, smart, funny cousin. We spent many summer vacations on the farm in Williston and winter breaks at our grandparents in Naples, Fla. So many wonderful memories of the pack of cousins getting into trouble and having lots of fun. He was such a source of comfort and wisdom when my own David suffered from acute respiratory distress syndrome. His kind bedside manner came through all the way to California. Rest well, dear cousin, we carry your legacy of healing, love,...

To Julie and family--
I was so saddened and sorry to hear of Dave's death. I always will remember Dave on our very 1st rotation of UVM clinical core on Baird 3--he was so talented while so kind, caring and funny! I am grateful to have seen him at Reunion.
He will truly be missed in all and by all that he touched.
With heartfelt sympathy--

Dear Julie and family,

So sorry to hear about Dave's untimely death. I have many memories of good times enjoyed in med school ( even in Hall A!) . He has left such a legacy of caring, sharing and zest for life.

He will be terribly missed by both his Seattle and Vermont family and friends .

Dear Park Family,
The hearts of all of David's childhood (WCS) and high school (CVU) friends are deeply saddened by this news. He was always an inspiration of excellence to so many of us - and to me as a small child he was that big brother figure in the distance, involving a mix of fear and awe! I am shedding tears with and sending lots of love to the entire family.

Dear Julie and family, I am so sorry for your loss. I didn't know Dave, but the descriptions of his personality, talents, sense of humor and love for his family give me picture of a very special person. My thoughts are with you. Karin Rogers
