We were so sorry to hear about Dave. Mike and I are thinking of you all during this sad time.

I just heard that David passed away last week. I was so sorry and saddened to hear that. I only knew David through the occasional get-togethers at the Silver's and Simms', but always thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent together, whether chatting about science or iPhones. He had such a nice, low-key and wonderfully friendly demeanor. His absence will be missed at the next New Year's or Super Bowl gathering.

David was a wonderful person, scientist and friend. I have not been in touch with him for several yeras, he was a mentor during my early career in Biotech. I remember his patience and keeping level headed not matter the situation. I will always remember him fondly for his character & standing and living his values, setting an example for all of us. On a lighter note, the best venisson I ever had was when Dave brought smoked meat, thin sliced - for a "Beer and Deer" sharing. Will miss him.

Patty, Alissa, and Heather, our thoughts and prayers have been with you through this difficult season, and they will remain with you. May you all experience a profound sense of peace and may your memories of Dave always bring you joy.
