Parmelee, David M. Grand Rapids David M. Parmelee, aged 89 of Grand Rapids, passed away at his home on Friday December 30, 2016. He is survived by his daughter, Carla and his son Ward. David served his country in the US Navy. Cremation has taken place, There will be no funeral service.
