Anne, So sorry to hear of David´s passing. When we all lived in Alma your friendship was very dear to us. The bible studies we shared at each of our homes along with the Gascho´s was always fun and very enlightening. At our retirement we left Alma for Ann Arbor. In 2013 my wife and I relocated our residence to Kent County. I transferred my Rotary membership to the Lowell Rotary Club. Dave was among the first Lowell Rotarians I had an opportunity to meet. During those early conversations I learned of Dave's tenure as Lowell City Manager. I ask Dave recommendations for personal services to help me become familiar with local individuals and businesses. David was my cousin. His father and my father grew up with 9 brothers and sisters in a house not much bigger than my 2 car garage during the depression. They learned hard work and honesty. I was just thinking of David. My deepest condolences to the family.

I knew Mr. Pasquale through my work as a reporter for The Grand Rapids Press. He was always a pleasure to work with, and I found him to be humble, honest and dedicated to the growth and health of his community. My condolences to Anne and all his loved ones.

Dave and Anne were and are deeply faithful members of First Baptist Church and the community of Lowell and served in many capacities to enrich the church and the town with the gifts that God blessed him with.
