A Racecar Bulider Rented it from him. David would come by and Talk to his Tenant. I Met him one Day when he Stopped by. He was Very Nice. I became Friends with him after a Few of his Visits. When he was a young man he drove number 16 for my uncle Bill Tumbling at Golden strip speedway in Fountain inn s,c David won the race that night. I have a picture of him sitting on top of the winning car. He still remains my RACING HERO

Met once in GreerSC.. Followed many times in racinghe will be missed.

Racing was different in his day. Wish it was still the way it used to be, so much was left behind.
