David was born on May 27, 1971 and passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2019. David was a resident of Hummelstown, Pennsylvania at the time of passing. David graduated from Central Catholic High School, earned a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University and his teaching certification from Chatham College. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2019 at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church, 359 W. Areba Avenue, Hershey, PA 17033 at 10:00 AM. Viewing will be held Friday at Rothermel-Finkenbinder Funeral Home, 25 West Pine Street, Palmyra, PA 17078 from 4:30-7:30 PM. Interment will be in Hershey Cemetery. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.FinkenbinderFamily.com Mass of Christian Burial at the St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church at 10:00 AM on May 25, 2019. My most sincere sympathy to David's family. I had not seen David since his college years when he did the sketches at Transitional Infant Care, but he remained dear to my heart. The world has lost a great man.

I am so sorry Kim and family. I remember David as a kind and caring teacher with a class that demanded attention in their various ways. He was on top of It encouraging their best work, especially avoiding junk words in writing. ( I hope I haven't used any here!)
