Not sure what to say?

David Peppers was my uncle, Throughout my life my little brother and I looked up to him so much! When I was younger, David would take my brother and I to so many wrestling events i cant even remember them all. I remember sitting there with him screaming and yelling at wrestlers like Rick flair. It was a time that i will never forget. As I grew up, David took me to so many concerts from Black Sabbath, to Springsteen, I remember the look of excitement on his face before he walked in to the...

I was asked to speak about David at his memorial service. This is what I had to say about my big brother.

David was, well….David. He was my big brother and as my big brother, he did all the typical things big brothers do. Like protect their little sisters from every single last breathing male on earth. When we were in high school, I had a silly high school crush on one of his friends. I did everything in my very limited repertoire to try to get this boy to ask me out. It was all for...

Please accept my deepest sympathies.

My deepest sympathy to David's family and friends. I knew David many years ago going to school and growing up on Redwood Drive. Especially during the time when my sister and I stayed at the Peppers' house before and after school and during the summer what great fun it was. Thank you for the memories.

In the song Live Like You Were Dying by Tim McGraw there's a lyric he became a friend a friend would like to have. That was David. He was a friend a friend would like to have.I consider myself blessed that he was my friend.

Melanie, Kyle and Ryan,
Dave and I worked together at General Mills for many years. I will always remember Dave for his extremely positive attitude, his hearty laugh and his smile that would light up the room. I still remember Dave talking about his fishing trips with his sons and how happy and proud he looked when he talked about them. Dave was a class act and I will miss him deeply.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.

I got the pleasure of meeting David when I was 16 years old. I remember as soon as I talked to him for five minutes, I thought he was the coolest guy in the world. Mainly because he liked all the same music I did. Even some of the stuff I thought everyone besides myself hated. I give my deepest sympathies to the entire Peppers family. I looked up to David, and was always impressed with him. He made me laugh when he made fun of Kyle, all in good fun of course, and when Melanie would tell me...

Melanie and kids ~ I am so sorry to hear about Dave's passing. Lots of fun times to keep his memory alive for a very long time. You all are in my prayers.
